Summer 2017

CCMBA had a very busy spring work season. We completed the No Bottom Pond re-route and riders are raving about the improvements to the old trail. The Blue Horse Loop Trail on Beebe Hill also got a face lift from a number of dedicated CCMBA volunteers and is riding amazing!

The rain has been relentless during the late spring and early summer, but the trails have handled the moisture beautifully! It all comes back to proper planning and trail construction.

The biggest news from this season was the introduction of a new event-The Blueberry Pancake Ride!

This event was a huge success. It brought riders and families to the summit of Harvey Mountain to harvest natures bounty from the blueberry patch, after the berries were picked CCMBA had a pancake making station going for all to enjoy the fruits of their labor. We are so happy to share this amazing forest resource with our loyal following.
